Registered Office and Service Address

The majority of our clients choose to use our office address as their Registered Office as it means that we are always in contact to ensure that all records are fully compliant and up to date at Companies House.

Directors do not have to show their residential address on the publicly viewed records at Companies House. Instead, they can take advantage of using our address as their Service Address and this is the most popular option.   If a Service Address is used, Companies House maintain a separate register of the residential addresses which is not open to public inspection.
