Express Formations
An expedited service is available
for all formations and names changes with a surcharge of £100 +
VAT to cover extra fees and expenses.
Public Limited Companies
The prime reason for a Public Company is to enable shares
to be issued to members of the public.
A PLC cannot conduct business or exercise borrowing
powers unless and until it has obtained a trading certificate
from Companies House, who will not issue this document unless
certain that the company satisfies the 'authorised minimum'
share capital requirement. The allotted share capital must
be at least £50,000 or €65,600.
Guarantee Companies
A company limited by guarantee has corporate
status and is normally used for non-profit making organisations
such as clubs, schools and charities. The word 'LIMITED' at the end of the title can be omitted.
The liability of the members is set at £1.
