All ready-made companies are incorporated with a nominal capital of £100 in ordinary £1 shares and as General Commercial Companies which enables any type of business to be carried out.

As soon as you have made a decision we need the necessary forms to be completed and you will then receive:-

• Certificate of Incorporation
• 6 Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Minutes of the first meeting
• Certificate of non-trading
• Stock transfer forms
• Combined Company register including share certificates
• Form 225 (To alter the accounting reference date)
• Form 88(2) (To allot further shares)

If you wish to change the name to one of your choice this will take seven working days to finalise. You will, of course have the necessary documents to trade with your company while name change is taking place.
