All of our formations are compliant with the Companies Act 2006 which came into full force on 1 October 2009.  

If you are within a ten mile radius of Wimbledon we can arrange to come to your home or office by appointment during the day or evening seven days a week to guide you through all aspects of the formation.

Our special limited company formation service starts with the choice of name. By clicking on Companies House you will be able to see if your chosen name is available or call us and we can do it for you. Your company can be incorporated within hours and the whole package mailed or delivered by hand.

The Company should be formed within a few hours and our normal package contains:

·         Certificate of Incorporation

·         6 bound copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association

·         Minutes of the First Meeting of Directors

·         Printed Share Certificates

·         Combined Company Register            

Standard Package starts at £100.00 plus VAT.

Whilst a Company Secretary is no longer a legal requirement for private companies we do recommend that there is a Secretary.  We can provide a corporate Secretary who will act for all private companies.

Under the new Companies Act it is now possible for Directors to remove their residential address from the records at Companies House and to provide a Service address instead.   We can provide the benefits of a Service address to our Clients so that their home addresses are not available for public inspection.  Details of the fees are available on request.
