If you are within a ten mile radius of our offices at Wimbledon we will come to your home or office by appointment during the day or evening seven days a week to guide you through all aspects of the formation of your company, including name approval and completion of forms. Delivery of your completed company is also included.

Unless otherwise requested the company will be incorporated as a General Commercial Company which enables any business or trade to be carried out, with a nominal capital of £100 in ordinary £1 shares.

All we need to know is the company name you would like to use to enable us to check this with Companies House and we can then start to incorporate your company.

The Company should be formed within 7 working days and you will then receive:-

• Certificate of Incorporation
• 6 Copies of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Minutes of the first meeting
• Certificate of non-trading
• Stock transfer forms
• Combined Company register including share certificates
• Form 225 (To alter the accounting reference date)
• Form 88(2) (To allot further shares)
